The answer of Mary E Wood that by her guardian ad litem Nehemiah Bushnell to the bill of complaint of said Alpha Forsyth complainant.
This ?pendant saving all right of exception to for answer to said bill says that he is a stranger to all and singular the matters and things therein contained and prays the Court to hold the complainant to strict proof thereof as this ?pendant can neither admit nor deny the same: and this ?fendant prays the court to let the rights of said infant suffer no predjudice herein.
