To the Hon. O. C. Skinner Judge of said Court:
Your orator Alpha Forsyth by way of supplement to his original bill herein submitt unto your Honor that since the filing of said original bill and since the last Term of this Court, Susan Wood, one of the defendants herein, has departed this life intestate, leaving as her only heir at law he infant daughter Mary E. Wood, and that by the death of the said Susan Wood all her right and interest in the property described in the original bill has descended to and vested in said Mary E. Wood as her heir and Zachariah Wood, her husband, and tenant by the courtesy, already a defendant herein: Wherefore your orator prays that said original bill and causes of action therein contained be, as to the said Susan Wood, deceased, ?d and contained against the said Mary E. Wood and Zachariah Wood, and that a summons in chancery be issued against the said Mary E. Wood, and that when she is brought into court, that a guardian and ? be appointed by the Court, and that the other defendants answer hereto, and your orator prays as he has desc?ssue prayed be.
